This web site was inspired by an article in the San Diego Reader, Volume 38, Number 28, dated 7/16/2009 entitled “They Carry Guns”.

I am a 71 year old male, retired U.S.Navy, retired San Diego County Employee, disabled Veteran and 38 year resident of Escondido, CA and a NRA member with NO criminal history until 8/24/2005, 0700 when I was convicted of the  Misdemeanor Charge of Carrying a loaded gun in public while on my own property.
